Masters in Social Work Online Programs in Colorado (CO)

Colorado offers a few programs for students and professionals looking to obtain their Master of Social Work degrees online. The Metropolitan State University of Denver offers fully online programs as well as a mixed traditional program where coursework can be accessed on campus, hybrid, or online. Lastly, Colorado State University at Fort Collins offers a distance hybrid course, combining off campus courses with two intensive learning weekends a semester at different areas in the state.

Metropolitan State University of Denver also offers a fully online program requiring no visits in addition to offering a mixed traditional program. Colorado State University at Fort Collins offers a “distance hybrid” MSW program option. While the majority of classes are online, students are required to attend two intensive learning weekends per semester in either Denver of Colorado Springs. The program offers both traditional and advanced standing admission with part time enrollment options as well.

Online MSW Programs that Accept Students from Colorado

Most schools offering online MSW programs accept students from Colorado. However, the online MSW programs at The University of Alaska at Anchorage, The University of Missouri has specific acceptance requirements that do not include accepting students from the State of Colorado.
