Program Structure: A combination of on-campus, videoconferencing and online instruction with field education
Instruction Methods: Program follows a cohort model and has required courses in the Fall, Spring and Summer. Some on campus learning is required each month, typically one weekend per month. Depending on whether you are enrolled in the Statewide or Weekend Blended Program, there may be an additional campus requirement here and there. Remaining coursework online or through monthly videoconferences.
Work Experience: Students must have two years of full-time experience in a human services related field in the last five years post graduation from their bachelor program to be eligible for admission.
Disclaimers: Program is designed for Michigan residents who do not live within 30 miles of the East Lansing, Oakland or Saginaw campuses. Out-of-state students must live within 50 miles of the Michigan border.
